RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the Delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached
RETURN PROCESS
STEP 1: To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and Bill and mail your return to the following mail address support@vyonik.com and in mail subject write Return {order id} OR you can also ask for your return request through whatsapp by sending your order id and reason for return or exchange to our whatsapp number +918287212183
STEP 2 : Once the order is pickedup from your side make sure to share you banking details like a/c no ,ifsc code and name if you want refund for your order on same mail or whatsapp coversation you can also share UPI
STEP 3: After recieving your Bank details within 3-5 days we will initiate the full refund without any extra charge and share you payment details as attachment or screenshot
FOR EXCHANGE
After receiving your REQUEST and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your EXCHANGE. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your EXCHANGE
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. there are some orders on which return is not applicable all the products under Northeast categories are not applicable for return also if there is no option for reverse pickup
