RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the Delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached .
RETURN PROCESS
STEP 1: To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with Bill and mail your return to the following mail address vyonikahelp@gmail.com and in mail subject write Return {order id} and if within 24 hours of mail your request does not get approved then you can also ask for your Return request through whatsApp by sending your order id and reason for return or exchange With some photos of product to our whatsApp number +918287212183
STEP 2 : Once we approve your Return Request our Delivery Executive will pickup the order from you & after successful pickup make sure to share your banking details like a/c no ,ifsc code Name or UPI details if you want a refund for your order on the same mail or WhatsApp conversation.
STEP 3: After receiving your Bank details within 3-5 days we will initiate the full refund without any extra charge and share you payment details as an attachment or screenshot
FOR EXCHANGE
After receiving your REQUEST and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your EXCHANGE. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your EXCHANGE

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. there are some orders on which return is not applicable all the products under Northeast categories are not applicable for return also if there is no option for a reverse pickup we can also to deny your return or refund request if we detect something fraud or Phishy

If you cancel or return an order that you have placed, the refund for that order will only be credited to your Vyonika wallet, which can be utilized for future purchases.
If you have placed an order as a guest, we will credit the refund to the email-linked account or create one for you.
