This is by far the best Chilli Oil you can get with bhut jolokia in it ! the Spice is mild in the first few seconds then the heat comes like a rocket in your taste bud. and yes if your, not a chilli eater. I will suggest keeping some salt not sugar by side. salt actually helps to lower the heat level of your tongue and pallet but not much. Good luck
